The Gospel of Matthew - Rewards | Matthew Chapter 10:40 - 11:1

Jesus speaks about the rewards of welcoming His disciples and those who come in His name. He explains that whoever receives His followers receives Him, and by extension, receives God who sent Him. Welcoming a prophet or a righteous person brings rewards fitting for them, and even giving a cup of cold water to His followers will not go unrewarded. Jesus emphasizes that acts of kindness, no matter how small, will be recognized by God.
