Open my ears to your Word, Lord of my life, I pray,
that as I seek to serve you, I may hear what you say.
Open my eyes to your Word, that as I read each day,
new things I may discover to help me walk your way.
Open my heart to your Word, that as I read today
my heart may not be hardened but will with joy obey.
