Who Are We O Lord?

Who are we O Lord, that you should care for us?
Your heavens are high, our dwelling place is low.

Low and small are we, so small for all to see;
so vast is your love, so lasting is your care.

Brief as candle glow, our lives like rivers flow;
from source unto sea, so swiftly must we flee.

Holy, holy, Lord, O God of power and might,
creation is filled; your glory is instilled.

Even when we sleep, in every thought we keep,
you watch at our side, you lead us and you guide.
